1. Front Desk/ Guest Relation Intern
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
     Begins to develop a knowledge of Front Office procedures
     Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them
     Plan and co-ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests
     Schedule activities for guests
     Plan and co-ordinate all promotional activities targeting clients
     Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests
     Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
     Other duties assigned by Manager
    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
    Required Skills –
     Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
     Excellent English skills
     Have knowledge of Korean/ Japanese/ Chinese is an advantage
     Have passion in hospitality and luxury services Qualifications –
     Prefer Hospitality Management background Experience –
     Prefer having basic knowledge of Opera

    Key External Relationships –
    Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, owning company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community

     Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
     Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.
     Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
     Other duties assigned by Manager
    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
    Required Skills –

     Be good at English communication skills
     Have expertise of Korean/ Chinese/ Japanese is an advantage
     Be customer – oriented
     Be passionate in hospitality & delivering luxury services
