- Front Desk/ Guest Relation Intern
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Begins to develop a knowledge of Front Office procedures
Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them
Plan and co-ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests
Schedule activities for guests
Plan and co-ordinate all promotional activities targeting clients
Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests
Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
Other duties assigned by Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills –
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Excellent English skills
Have knowledge of Korean/ Japanese/ Chinese is an advantage
Have passion in hospitality and luxury services Qualifications –
Prefer Hospitality Management background Experience –
Prefer having basic knowledge of Opera

Key External Relationships –
Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, owning company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community

Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.
Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills –

Be good at English communication skills
Have expertise of Korean/ Chinese/ Japanese is an advantage
