On April 19, 2025, Hanoi School of Management and Business (HSB) at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, held the Final Round of the “HSB Innovation Ignition 2025” Startup Competition. This event is a flagship annual activity within HSB’s strategic approach to education that integrates theory with practice, positioning the school as a pioneer in nurturing a new generation of creative, resilient entrepreneurs who make a meaningful social impact.
According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoàng Đình Phi, Rector of Hanoi School of Management and Business (HSB), HSB bears the responsibility of supporting students throughout their academic journey and acting as a launchpad for their entrepreneurial projects and ideas. This includes providing guidance on business strategy, operations, and technology, as well as connecting them with enterprises, partners, and customers. As part of HSB’s long-term strategy, he envisions many student-founded startups going public in the future. He encourages students to be bold and confident in starting their ventures, emphasizing that even if success doesn’t come immediately, they will still become ethical and upright entrepreneurs. Throughout their startup journey, students will always have the backing and companionship of HSB’s faculty and alumni network.
