Vietnam National University, Hanoi has an announcement about “Dinh Thien Ly Community  Support Fund Scholarship Program” (referred to as Dinh Thien Ly Scholarship) for the  academic year 2022 – 2023. Details of scholarships for students at Ha Noi School of Business  and Management – Vietnam National University, Hanoi are as follows:: 

Objects and selection criteria 

• Students with academic results of 2.6 points or more, training results of good grade or higher  in semester 1, academic year 2021 – 2022 (excluding students graduating in 2022); 
• Have disadvantaged; 
• Participate in community support activities, social work; 
• Scholarship recipients need to have an account at Vietcombank in order for the Fund to  transfer the scholarship money; 
• Scholarship recipients must be responsible for participating in activities organized and  launched by the Scholarship Fund and may only be absent when there is a good reason; 
• After receiving a scholarship for semester 1, students must additionally submit a transcript of  semester 1 and a certificate of participation in community support and social work activities  in semester 1 for the Fund to continue to consider the scholarship for semester 2. 

Note: If the student does not meet the criteria, the student will not be awarded the 2nd  semester scholarship by the Fund. 

Value of each scholarship 

The value of each scholarship is 14,000,000 VND/student/school year. 

The scholarship is transferred to the student’s account (opened at Vietcombank) in 2  installments each semester (each installment is VND 7,000,000/student/semester). 

Scholarship quota: 01 student. 

Apply for a scholarship 

Students prepare soft copies of the following documents and send them as 1 pdf file,  including scanned copies of documents arranged in the following order, with the file name  being the student’s first and last name. 

– Transcript of 1st semester, academic year 2021 – 2022, certified by the training unit (The  transcript will be issued to students when applying); 

– Letter expressing aspirations in English (specifying personal background, feelings and  aspirations of students); 

– 02 letters of recommendation from teachers;

– Certificate of participation in social work, certified by the organizing unit; – Certificate of difficult circumstances from a competent authority 

Deadline for submission of application form 

Before 15:00 on May 20, 2022 

The school will not handle cases submitted after the above deadline.
