INVITATION TO WRITE A DISCUSSION PAPER AND PARTICIPATE

Non-Traditional Security Management Cooperation Forum in the ASEAN Region, the first ever held in Vietnam

To: – Esteemed Researchers,

The School of Business and Management (HSB) is organizing a scientific workshop on the theme “Non-Traditional Security Management Cooperation Forum in the ASEAN Region,” which will be held for the first time in Vietnam.

Workshop Date: October 17, 2022

This ACF-MNS forum will be the inaugural event organized in collaboration with Vietnamese agencies, particularly the Office of the Government, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Public Security. The participation of relevant ministries, departments, and cities in Vietnam is expected, alongside esteemed academics and reputable organizations and businesses. Additionally, international guests from the embassies of Southeast Asian countries in Hanoi will be in attendance, and scholars from renowned universities across the ASEAN region will participate online.

The content of this first ACF-MNS forum will focus on three main themes: analyzing and sharing knowledge on non-traditional security management and governance, assessing the impact of non-traditional security issues on each ASEAN country and the region, and proposing solutions to enhance cooperation in order to elevate leadership and non-traditional security management capabilities, spanning from policies to strategies and actions.

To achieve the intended objectives and enhance the quality and effectiveness of ASEAN regional cooperation in non-traditional security management, we respectfully invite leaders, educators, management personnel, and teachers from various organizations to contribute by writing a discussion paper.

Please submit your papers to Mr. Mai Viet Dung at the following email address: [email protected].

Kindly submit your papers before October 15, 2022.

We sincerely look forward to your participation.
