March 4th 2013 in Danang city, HSB welcomed international students and opened “The 11th International Business Fellowship: Executive Programme on Vietnam”

 Good morning, Ladies and Gentlemen.

Dear Friends.

On behalf of Hanoi School of Business (HSB) under the Vietnam National University Hanoi (VNU), I warmly welcome you and thank you for participating in our “International Business Fellowship: Executive Program on Vietnam”.

HSB is pleased to be a solid partner of the International Enterprise Singapore (Ie Singapore) and Singapore Business Federation (SBF). Taking this opportunity I would like to thank all of you for your fruitful cooperation so far.

During 2006-2012 we have successfully organized 10 Executive Programs on Vietnam thanks to the effective collaboration between HSB, SBF and Ie Singapore. Hundreds of Singaporean Businesspeople have participated in these Programs. And many managers & their companies have applied the useful information, knowledge & experience provided by our prominent lecturers to carry out successful business activities in Vietnam and develop sustainable relationships with the Vietnamese business partners.

As you may know, Singapore is one of the biggest foreign investors in Vietnam with about 22 billion USD invested from 1990 – 2010. And I believe this trend will continue in the time to come. In this context, HSB is very pleased to continue to organize this annual program and help Singaporean businesspeople to get more understanding about Vietnam business environment, Vietnamese business culture and other issues such as investment law, economic restructuring, employment, tax… And above all it is how to do business with Vietnam, how to take opportunities as well as how to avoid the risks.
