On the morning of August 3, at Nguyễn Văn Đạo Hall, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU), Hanoi School of Business and Management (HSB) held the 2025 Graduation Ceremony for 218 new bachelors and 38 new masters. This significant milestone not only marks the academic achievements and dedication of HSB’s students but also affirms the school’s continuous development over more than 30 years of creativity and innovation.

Outstanding Achievements
The 2025 Graduation Ceremony marked the success of 218 new bachelors across four majors:
-
Management of Enterprise and Technology (MET)
-
Management and Security (MAS)
-
Management of Human and Talent (HAT)
-
Marketing and Communication (MAC)
Among them, 2 students graduated with Excellent distinction and 55 with Good distinction, demonstrating their perseverance, diligence, and commitment throughout their studies.
According to the university’s survey, by the time of graduation, nearly 100 HSB students had already secured employment. Many have been recruited by major corporations and enterprises such as Petrolimex, Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), CGV Telecom, Bkav Corporation, BIM Group, among others. Several graduates have also chosen to pursue higher studies.

One of the highlights was the recognition of the 2025 valedictorian, Ms. Nguyễn Bảo Ngọc, a graduate of the Marketing and Communication (MAC) program, who achieved Excellent standing with a GPA of 3.73/4.

In addition, HSB awarded master’s degrees to 38 postgraduate students, including one international student from China (HSB–MBA program). These graduates came from three key programs:
-
Management of Non-Traditional Security (MNS)
-
Business Administration (HSB-MBA)
-
Management of Technology and Entrepreneurship (MOTE)

Six of these graduates were honored as Outstanding Postgraduate Students in recognition of their excellent academic performance, innovative mindset, and valuable contributions to the academic community at HSB.
Strong Connections with Alumni and Industry
HSB places particular emphasis on equipping students with practical experience during their studies. Accordingly, students are provided with opportunities to participate in internships lasting up to six months at prestigious enterprises – many of which are strategic partners and workplaces of HSB alumni – such as Petrolimex, VNPT, CGV Telecom, and Daehong Communications. These internships provide valuable exposure to real working environments, helping students enhance their professional competencies and expand their career networks.
For postgraduate students, HSB’s programs are designed with a strong integration of practice-oriented activities such as field trips and business surveys, as well as seminars and workshops with leading experts from Vietnam and abroad. These experiences enable students to update their knowledge, gain practical insights, and foster critical thinking in the context of globalization.
