The course is designed to help students understand the nature and process of project management, including risk management and the elements that influence and contribute to the success of an investment, production, or business project.
The lecturers in charge of the subject also give discussions and introductions to a new approach to help students practice bidding skills related to investment projects, in which the students have to combine all of the interdisciplinary knowledge learned in the MET program to complete a draft proposal with risk management..

The module Design of Pay Grade aims to provide students with basic knowledge and professional skills about salary and wage, and salary management in an enterprise. The module "salary scale design" is built in two different approaches to meet current practical requirements in Vietnam. The first way is to design the salary scale based on evaluating the value of work according to the market and scoring points. The second way is to design the salary scale based on the minimum wage regime currently implemented in Vietnam. After completing this module, students will be able to build a salary scale and manage salary and wage in their business.

The course provides basic knowledge, related tools and methods to help students know how to build job descriptions, job competency, and KPIs. These knowledge and skills have even more practical significance in the context of increasingly strong competition in the business environment in Vietnam, which businesses and organizations are facing.
