1.Program introduction:

The Bachelor of Marketing and Communication (MAC) is a full time, high quality undergraduate program. The degree is awarded by Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU).

3. Admission process:

  • 1st round: Online application review
    • Send your enquiries via http://mac.hsb.edu.vn
    • Your application will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
      • High school academic result: good and above (In case Grade 12 Overall result is not ready yet, Grade 12 1st Semester is accepted);
      • Quality of your questionnaires answers;
      • Highschool Diploma, Certificate, Awards;
      • English writing skill.
    • The Admission Council will evaluate the Application, inform the result and interview appointment to the applicant no later than 10 working days (from the day of document reception)
  • 2nd Round: EQ Interview Assessment – the most important activity in the application process
    • Interview format: Face to face at HSB or Online
    • Interview Council: Consist of Professors, Associate Professors, PHDs
    • Interview duration: 15 – 20 minutes
    • Objective: EQ and basic English communication assessment
  • 3rd Round: Admission is based on High School graduate exam score (minimum 19 points from 3 subjects of an appropriate Assessment Group).

The MAC program is designed with learning outcomes that meet the needs of the Marketing and Communication industry. In addition to the knowledge and practical skills acquired during the program, students will have opportunities for internship at reputable companies with the support of our alumni and partners. In addition to the soft skills acquired, MAC graduate will possess 5 groups of professional skills:

  • English communication (from Ielts 5.5);
  • Marketing skills (Market research, marketing plan design…)
  • Communication skills (Communication campaign planning and implementation…)
  • Event organization (event planning, organization, MC…)
  • Editing and designing skills (Designing publications, editing media content….)

6. Program fees:

  • Full program: to be announced on a yearly basis
  • The above does NOT include application, reservation, extension, exam retaking, course retaking, English Standardized Test, English learning fees (if any).
