In the morning of 20th September, HSB has organized successfully the training short course of “Effective teamwork skills” for officers and employees of Hanoi Beverage Corporation (HABECO). Attending the program’s opening ceremony, there was MSc Do Trung Tuyen – Deputy Director of the Training Center and Consulting business ( HCC ) and Mrs Le Thi Vonga – Head of HR and Training Department of HABECO.

Nowadays, once science and technology are dramatically developing, it becomes an important factor that teamwork skills is needed more than ever, as it’s believed to be an effective model for working – focusing on the strengths of each person and complementing each other also. To recognize the importance of building working groups, the program “Effective teamwork skills” was studied and consistently designed, based on HABECO’s business activities and particular economic characteristic. This program is taught by well-experienced instructors of HSB, with the aim of building the knowledge and role of working groups in learners; providing them the principles of building an effective working team, showing them that the problem usually occurs in groups and how to resolve conflict, thereby improving the ability to assess the performance of the group, and applying the skills acquired in working groups to maximize personal power.

By using such an unique learning method which is mainly based on discussing and participating in practical games, this course is expected to offer the officers and employees in HABECO a new experience in professional learning atmosphere in HSB.
