Scholarship program of the Asia Development Foundation, Korea (Asia Development  Foundation, called ADF scholarship) for the academic year 2022-2023 

Details of scholarships for students at Hanoi School of Business and Management – Vietnam  National University, Hanoi are as follows: 

1. Objects and selection criteria 

For students who have received ADF scholarships for the QH.2019, 2020, 2021 courses:  Having academic results of 3.2 or higher in the academic year 2021-2022, having good  training results and submitting reports on results learning results, participating social activities  (according to the form of the Fund). 

For students of the QH. 2022 course: 

Have excellent results in the university entrance exam in 2022 

Participate in social activities and have a clear study plan 

Priority is given to students with difficult circumstances 

Scholarship recipients are responsible for submitting a report (as directed) at the end of the  academic year. 

Scholarship recipients are responsible for submitting a report on their academic performance  and social activities (following instructions) at the end of the academic year. 

Every year, these students will continue to receive scholarships until graduation if they  achieve academic results of 3.2 or higher. 

2. Value of each scholarship: 1000 USD/student/academic year 
3. Scholarship quota: 02 students. 
4. Scholarship application form: 

Application documents for students who have received ADF scholarships Transcripts for the academic year 2021-2022 in English, certified by the training unit; 

Report on learning results, social activities participated in the school year 2021-2022 and  plans in the school year 2022-2023 (according to the Fund’s form) 

Registration documents for students QH.2022 

Scholarship application form, written in English, with photo (Application Form); Application  Form 

High school transcripts translated into English, notarized; 

Summons of candidates matriculating into a regular university in 2021; 

A copy of the people’s identity card or citizen identification card; 

Certificates of: Academic achievement, social activities, family background… (if any); Instructions for submitting applications

Hard copy: All the above documents require students to put them in order, put in a separate  file bag with dimensions of 25cm x 34cm. The outside of the bag contains all the information  (register for Posco scholarship for the academic year 2022-2023, Full name, Date of birth,  Address of Faculty, School, Phone, Email, List of documents). Submitted documents are not  returned. 

Soft copy: Student records are sent in the form of 1 pdf file, including scanned copies of  documents arranged in the above order, with the file name being the student’s first and last  name. 

5. Deadline for submission of application form 

Before 3pm on October 24, 2022 

The school will not handle cases submitted after the above deadline. 

6. Place of receipt of application 

For soft-copy documents: Students submit soft-copy documents via email:  phuongpm@hsb.edu.vn. Requirements for email subject: [Grade] Student Name – ADF  Scholarship Application 

For hard copy documents: Students submit at the Office of Bachelor Programs Administration  (UPMO)
