Recruitment Notice for Laborers in EVN Agency Departments

EVN has a need to recruit laborers for various departments within the EVN agency. The specific recruitment information is as follows:

I. Position

Legal Affairs Department

  1. Position: Specialist in Foreign-related Contract and Agreement Legal Affairs

Number of positions: 01

Educational qualification: Graduated from a public university with a bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of economic law, commercial law, or international law.

English language proficiency: B1 level according to the current Framework of Competencies Level 06 issued by the Ministry of Education and Training or equivalent TOEIC/IELTS/TOEFL score.

Work experience: At least 4 years of work experience, including at least 1 year of practical experience in a similar field.

Age: Not exceeding 45 years old.

2. Position: Specialist in Domestic Contract and Agreement Legal Affairs

Number of positions: 01

Educational qualification: Graduated from a public university with a bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of economic law, commercial law, or international law.

English language proficiency: B1 level according to the current Framework of Competencies Level 06 issued by the Ministry of Education and Training or equivalent TOEIC/IELTS/TOEFL score.

Work experience: At least 4 years of work experience, including at least 1 year of practical experience in a similar field.

Age: Not exceeding 45 years old.

3. Position: Specialist in Internal Management Legal Affairs

Number of positions: 01

Educational qualification: Graduated from a public university with a bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of economic law, commercial law, civil law, or international law.

English language proficiency: B1 level according to the current Framework of Competencies Level 06 issued by the Ministry of Education and Training or equivalent TOEIC/IELTS/TOEFL score.

Work experience: At least 4 years of work experience, including at least 1 year of practical experience in a similar field.

Age: Not exceeding 45 years old.

II. Internal Audit and Financial Supervision Department

  1. Position: Specialist in Electrical Engineering for the Internal Audit and Financial Supervision Department

Number of positions: 01

Educational qualification: Graduated from a university or higher in electrical engineering disciplines related to power sources, grids, equipment, automation, thermal power, hydroelectric power, etc.

English language proficiency: B1 level according to the current Framework of Competencies Level 06 issued by the Ministry of Education and Training or equivalent TOEIC/IELTS/TOEFL score.

Work experience: At least 4 years of work experience, including at least 2 years of practical experience in the field of electrical engineering.

Age: Not exceeding 45 years old.

2. Position: Specialist in Construction Investment for the Internal Audit and Financial Supervision Department

Number of positions: 01

Educational qualification: Graduated from a university or higher in electrical engineering, energy economics, construction, architecture, or business administration.

English language proficiency: B1 level according to the current Framework of Competencies Level 06 issued by the Ministry of Education and Training or equivalent TOEIC/IELTS/TOEFL score.

Work experience: At least 4 years of work experience, including at least 2 years of practical experience in the field of construction investment.

Age: Not exceeding 45 years old.

Science, Technology, and Environment Department

3. Position: Specialist in Environmental Management and Protection

Number of positions: 01

Educational qualification: Graduated from a university or higher in the field of environmental sciences.

English language proficiency: B1 level according to the current Framework of Competencies Level 06 issued by the Ministry of Education and Training or equivalent TOEIC/IELTS/TOEFL score.

Work experience: At least 4 years of work experience, including at least 1 year of practical experience in the field of environmental management and protection.

II. RECRUITMENT CONTENT

Candidates who meet the requirements for application documents must participate in the recruitment process, which includes 04 subjects/examinations: Intelligence Quotient (IQ), English Language Proficiency (ELP), Professional Expertise (PE), and Interview:

Round 1: IQ and ELP Examinations.

Round 2: PE Examination (Written Exam). Candidates must meet the IQ and ELP examination requirements as stated in the latest Recruitment Announcement to be eligible for Round 2.

Round 3: Direct Interview with candidates who meet the requirements of Round 2 examination as specified.

III. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

Application submission method:

  • EVN accepts application documents directly and signs a receipt with the candidates.
  • Address for submitting application documents: EVN Organization and Personnel Department, Room 29.04, Tower A, EVN Building – 11 Cua Bac Street, Truc Bach Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City.

Requirements for application documents:

  • The application documents must clearly state the candidate’s full name, telephone number, and email address for contact, including:
  • Clear and complete curriculum vitae with personal information, educational and work history (original copy), with attached photo (4×6), and confirmation from the local authorities or the workplace (valid for 06 months).
  • Certified copies of: Graduation certificate, academic transcripts, and relevant certificates (if any); birth certificate, identity card/citizen identification card. The original graduation certificate will be verified by the Organization and Personnel Department if the candidate is selected.
  • Health certificate of at least level 3 (according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health) issued by a district-level hospital or higher (valid for 06 months).
  • Application letter clearly stating the applied position, educational and work history, qualifications, etc.
  • 02 photos (4×6) taken within the last 06 months.
  • Individuals are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the provided information in their application documents.

Recruitment period: June 2023.

BENEFITS FOR SELECTED CANDIDATES

Labor contracts, salary, and benefits for selected candidates will be in accordance with the current regulations of the State and EVN. If selected candidates work outside the EVN Group, a 1-year fixed-term labor contract will be signed, and after 1 year, consideration will be given to signing an indefinite-term labor contract.
