PROJECT DEPLOYMENT COLLABORATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive and handle technical issues from customers during the software usage.
• Support customers.
• Work directly with the technical team to resolve issues that arise during product usage.
• Test software (identifying bugs) and provide feedback to customers.
• Regularly report on problem resolution results.
• Participate in training on specialized knowledge and technology applied in the project.
• Conduct self-research and enhance personal skills.
• Perform regular reporting tasks and other reports (urgent or upon request).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• No experience required.
• Final-year students or graduates of University or College.
• Knowledge of products and technology.
• Good reading comprehension, basic English communication skills, and the ability to write documents in English.
• Proficiency in office computing: MS Office, internet information retrieval, and the use of deployment support software/tools such as JIRA.
• Diligent, autonomous, sharp, and professional working style.

• Search for, approach, and select potential customers based on dedicated mentor guidance (provided in the training program).
• Understand all company products and services.
• Introduce and present company products or services to FDI, NGO, etc., customers, persuading them to trust the quality and reputation of the products and brand.
• Meet with customers, provide quotations, negotiate prices, and handle other details with customers.
