1.Front Desk/ Guest Relation Intern

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Begins to develop a knowledge of Front Office procedures
  • Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them
  • Plan and co-ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests
  • Schedule activities for guests
  • Plan and co-ordinate all promotional activities targeting clients
  • Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
  • Other duties assigned by Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Required Skills –
  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Excellent English skills
  • Have knowledge of Korean/ Japanese/ Chinese is an advantage
  • Have passion in hospitality and luxury services Qualifications –
  • Prefer Hospitality Management background Experience –
  • Prefer having basic knowledge of Opera

  • Key Internal Relationships –
  • Hotel Employees
  • Key External Relationships –
  • Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, owning company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community

2. F&B Services InternDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Begins to develop a knowledge of Food & Beverage Services procedures
  • Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them
  • Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
  • Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
  • Other duties assigned by Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills –

  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Be good at English communication skills
  • Have expertise of Korean/ Chinese/ Japanese is an advantage
  • Be customer – oriented
  • Be passionate in hospitality & delivering luxury services
