Job Description:

  • Receive customer requests for Vietnam Airlines services through hotline/email/social media.
  • Process customer requests according to specialized procedures: Perform booking, seat changes, pricing, quoting, ticket issuance, exchange, refund; upgrade/downgrade seats; extend ticket validity, change flight dates; handle flight schedule changes, provide information about products, services, and policies of Vietnam Airlines.
  • Regularly update policies, regulations, and information about products and services of Vietnam Airlines.
  • Report job performance results after each working session.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Age: From 18 to 30 years old.
  • Education: Graduated from College level or higher.
  • Minimum English proficiency: TOEIC 500, IELTS 4.5, TOEFL iBT: 53, CBT: 153, Paper 477 (with at least 6 months validity).
  • Health: Good, without disabilities, speech impediments.
  • Responsible, diligent, willing to learn, attentive to partners and customers.
  • Priority given to candidates who have participated in training courses for using airline ticketing and reservation systems or have experience in customer care in the aviation industry, and have worked in contact points with customers in the product chain of airlines.

Salary, Income, and Benefits:

  • Monthly salary for entry-level employees ranges from 7,800,000 to 11,000,000 VND, depending on job performance.
