Vietnam National University, Hanoi informs the training units of the Yamada Scholarship  Fund, Japan Scholarship Program (hereinafter referred to as Yamada Scholarship) for the  academic year 2021-2022 for students as follows: 

Objects and selection criteria 

– Students with good or higher academic results, and good or better training results in the  2020-2021 school year. For first-year students: Get a good score in the 2021 college entrance  exam. 

– Priority is given to students who are class officials, Unions – Associations, participate in  scientific research, contribute in social activities, have difficult circumstances / need financial  support to study. 

Scholarship quota: 01 Student 

Value of each scholarship: 200 USD/student 

Scholarship application form 

– Student’s self-introduction, with photo stickers (according to the form); Want to show off  your love for students with HB 

– Transcripts for the 2020-2021 school year of the student, certified by the training unit (For  2nd and 3rd year students do not need to apply for a transcript, the CTSV Department will  issue a transcript when students submit their application) . For first-year students: Summons  of candidates for university admission in 2020. 

– Articles about the Yamada Scholarship Fund and Scholarship Program, Japan (typed, about  1-2 A4 pages in length); 

– Speech of the student’s feelings when being considered for a scholarship (typed, about 1-2  A4 pages in length); 

– Photocopies of certificates of: Union – Association activities, scientific research, social  activities, difficult circumstances… (if any).

Student records are sent in the form of 1 pdf file, including scanned copies of documents  arranged in the above order, with the file name being the student’s first and last name. Hard  copy documents will be submitted by courier. 

Deadline for submission of application form 

Before 3pm on January 26, 2022 

The school will not handle cases submitted after the above deadline.

For soft-copy documents: Students submit soft-copy documents via email:  phuongpm@hsb.edu.vn. Requirements for email subject: [Grade] Student name – Yamada  scholarship application form 

For hard copy documents: Students send by courier to the following address: Ms. Phuong – Bachelor Programs Administration Office (UPMO)
