ANNOUNCEMENT OF YAMADA SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 2022 – 2023 

Vietnam National University, Hanoi informs the training units of the Yamada Scholarship  Fund, Japan Scholarship Program (hereinafter referred to as Yamada Scholarship) for the  academic year 2022-2023 for students as follows: 

1. Objects and selection criteria 

– Students with good or better academic results, and good or better training results in the  academic year 2021-2022. 

– Priority is given to students who are class officials, Unions – Associations, participate in  scientific research, contribute in social activities, have difficult circumstances / need financial  support to study. 

2. Scholarship quota: 02 students 
3. Value of each scholarship: 200 USD/student 
4. Scholarship application form 

– Student’s self-introduction, with photo stickers (according to the form); Welcome to Yamada Student Scholarship

– Transcripts for the academic year 2021 – 2022 of the students, certified by the training unit  (For 2nd and 3rd year students do not need to ask for a transcript, the CTSV Department will  issue a transcript when students submit their application). 

– Articles about Yamada Scholarship Fund and Scholarship Program, Japan (typed, about 01 – 02 A4 pages in length); 

– Speech of the student’s feelings when being considered for a scholarship (typed, about 01 – 02 A4 pages); 

– Certificates of academic achievement, Union-Society activities, scientific research,  community support activities in the academic year 2020-2021… (if any). 

– Hard copy: All the above documents are required by students to be arranged in order, in a  separate file bag with dimensions of 25cm x 34cm. The outside of the bag contains all the  information (register for Posco scholarship for the academic year 2022-2023, Full name, Date  of birth, Address of Faculty, School, Phone, Email, List of documents). submitted documents  are not returned

– Soft copy: Student records are sent in the form of 1 pdf file, including scanned copies of  documents arranged in the above order, with the file name being the student’s first and last  name. 

5. Deadline for submission of application form 

Before 3pm on October 24, 2022 

The school will not handle cases submitted after the above deadline. 

6. Place of receipt of application 

For soft-copy documents: Students submit soft-copy documents via email:  phuongpm@hsb.edu.vn. Requirements for email subject: [Grade] Student name – Yamada  scholarship application form 

For hard copy documents: Students submit at the Office of Bachelor Programs Administration  (UPMO)
