Hanoi National University has an announcement about “Annex Electronics Co., Ltd.  Scholarship Program” (hereinafter referred to as Annex Scholarship) semester I, academic  year 2021 – 2022. Details of scholarships for students at HSB School of Business and  Management – Vietnam National University, Hanoi are as follows: 

Objects and selection criteria 

• Have a learning result of 2.5 or higher in the 2020-2021 school year and good or better  training results. For first-year students: Get a good score on the 2021 college entrance exam. 
• Having a difficult situation, having the spirit to overcome difficulties. 
• Have not received any out-of-budget scholarship in the first semester, academic year 2021- 2022. 

Value of each scholarship: 500,000 VND / 1 student 

Scholarship quota: 01 student. 

Scholarship application form: 

• Transcripts for the academic year 2020-2021 certified by the training unit (Note for 2nd and  3rd year students do not need to ask for a transcript of the PDT – the Student Affairs  Department will issue a transcript when students submit their application). For first-year  students: Summons of candidates who have been admitted to the regular university in 2021; 
• Scholarship application form (according to the form); Signed.2. SCHOLARSHIP  APPLICATION_Student 
• Student information (according to form, written in Vietnamese; for students of Faculty of  Chinese Language and Culture, write one additional copy in Chinese);Signed.3. STUDENT  INFORMATION
• A certificate of difficult circumstances issued by the competent authority or a written  statement of difficult circumstances certified by the homeroom teacher/leader of the  Faculty/leader of the Department/Department of Politics and Student Affairs; 
• Impression speech/Thank you letter when being considered for a scholarship; 
• Scanned copies of certificates of: Academic achievements, Union – Association activities,  scientific research… (if any). 

For students who have received a scholarship last term and this semester are eligible to  continue to apply for a scholarship, please submit additional reports on the use of the  scholarship and what it means to them. 

Note: Student records are sent in the form of 1 pdf file, including scanned copies of  documents arranged in the above order, with the file name being the student’s first and last  name.

Deadline for submission of application form 

Before 3pm on December 17, 2021 

The school will not handle cases submitted after the above deadline.
