1.Front Desk/ Guest Relation Intern
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Begins to develop a knowledge of Front Office procedures
- Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them
- Plan and co-ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests
- Schedule activities for guests
- Plan and co-ordinate all promotional activities targeting clients
- Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests
- Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
- Other duties assigned by Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Required Skills –
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Excellent English skills
- Have knowledge of Korean/ Japanese/ Chinese is an advantage
- Have passion in hospitality and luxury services Qualifications –
- Prefer Hospitality Management background Experience –
- Prefer having basic knowledge of Opera

- Key Internal Relationships –
- Hotel Employees
- Key External Relationships –
- Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, owning company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community

2. F&B Services InternDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Begins to develop a knowledge of Food & Beverage Services procedures
- Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them
- Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
- Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
- Other duties assigned by Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills –
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Be good at English communication skills
- Have expertise of Korean/ Chinese/ Japanese is an advantage
- Be customer – oriented
- Be passionate in hospitality & delivering luxury services
