LG Electronics Development Vietnam (LGEDV) focuses on eco-friendly automotive components.\u00a0<\/i>We\u00a0<\/i>conduct core R&D activities, and various product reliability tests in support of our vehicle component business.<\/i><\/p>\n

LGEDV is seeking an excellent member to be a part of our DA Team.<\/i><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 *<\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Your main responsibilities will be:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Assist in general office administration operation, arrange logistics (flights, hotels, meeting rooms, transportation, and related arrangements);
\n\u2013 Maintain records of administration and logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents) to be submitted to the Accounting part;
\n\u2013 Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions;
\n\u2013 Take care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, cleaning and housekeeping services;
\n\u2013 Support tasks related to government affair (Visa & work permit for B.O.D\u2026)
\n\u2013 Support to organize company culture activities (teambuilding, staff trip, monthly birthday\u2026) and company meetings;
\n\u2013 Any other relevant responsibilities as requested by Line Manager.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

\u2013 Bachelor degree preferred in Administration Management, Finance, Accounting;
\n\u2013 0-3 years of working experience in office\/ administrative management in foreign-owned company;
\n\u2013 Good English skills;
\n\u2013 MS office proficiency;
\n\u2013 Detailed-oriented & high sense of responsibility;
\n\u2013 Can-do attitude and good team-work.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
