JOB DESCRIPTION<\/span><\/p>\n

Assist the Board of Directors (BOD) in managing time and controlling work, including arranging work schedules, meetings, and business trips.<\/span><\/p>\n

Support the implementation of the company’s strategies by ensuring that BOD decisions and instructions are communicated and implemented effectively.<\/span><\/p>\n

Convey BOD’s information to subsidiary companies, departments, and receive feedback.<\/span><\/p>\n

Compile reports, prepare content, and act as secretary in meetings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prepare documents and gather necessary information as requested by the BOD.<\/span><\/p>\n

Perform other tasks as directed by the BOD.<\/span><\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/span><\/p>\n

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fluent in English.<\/span><\/p>\n

Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is an advantage.<\/span><\/p>\n

Strong organization, management, and operational skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/span><\/p>\n

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.<\/span><\/p>\n
