Recently, HSB has organized training course of \u201cLeading skills for Directors and Vice Directors of companies of Song Da Corporation\u201d. The 24 key leaders of Song Da Corporation\u2019s companies included: Mr. Le Van Giang \u2013 Chairman of Song Da 2 JSC, Mr. Nguyen Thang Long \u2013 General Director of Viet-Lao Electricity JSC, Mr.Nguyen Huu Doanh \u2013 Director of Song Da 7.04 JSC, Mr.Nguyen Xuan Hong \u2013 Vice Director of Nam Mu Hydroelectric JSC\u2026 The course was specially designed with various subjects like: Problem solving skills, Leadership skills, Presentation Skills, Work result Assessment, Pay-off system, Human Resource development, Operating a Corporation, Competition Strategy, Change Management, Financial Report Analysis, Financial tools used for Investment Project Evaluation, Security Market and Financial Tools. This course was conduct in order to update leaners with latest knowledge of business administration and to equip them systematically the necessary skills that are needed for high level managers of the Corporation. After the course, leaners had a chance to go to Singapore for a field study.<\/p>\n
