Hanoi School of Business and Management will enroll 90 students, year-round, for the MET2+ credit transfer program.

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

–   Major: Management of Enterprise and Technology – Credit transfer and Overseas study option (MET 2+)

–   Program type: Credit transfer program – final degree awarded by one of HSB’s partner universities.

–   Degree: Bachelor in Business Management*

–   Training partner (Year 1, 2): Hanoi School of Business and Management (HSB), VNU

–   Awarding body: HSB international partner University, including: “University of Queensland”, “University of Hanyang”, “University at Albany – State University of New York”, etc.

–   Study period: 2 years in Vietnam, 2 years overseas

–   Language in training: English

*Tentative and dependent on the partner University. There are other Bachelor programs that students can enroll into beside Business management major.

II. ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

–   Targeted candidates: Vietnam Highschool graduates, independent candidates, international students

–   Enrollment limit: 90 students

–   Enrollment available for all candiates: local and international

III. ADMISSION PROCESS

There are two rounds of admission, that include:

(1) Candidate’s profile assessment. Only shortlisted candidates can go for interview.

(2) Direct Interview test at HSB

3.1. Admission Requirement

3.1.1. Profile assessment

– Register and submit online profile at  – www.hsb.edu.vn/apply-met

– Submission period: From 20/02/2019 to 20/10/2019

–  Profiles are assessed on these criteria: Transcripts of last 2 years of High school (or equivalent in other country); Questionaire assessment; Certificates/Awards/Recommendation letter.

3.1.2. Interview

Weekends from 20th Feb to 31st Oct 2019

–  Mode of interview: online (for candidates residing outside of Vietnam) or directly at HSB.

Interview committee consists of Professors and lecturers currently teaching in HSB.

–  Interview duration: 15 – 20 minutes.

–  Interview assessment criteria: awareness; ethics; personalities; communication skills; English usage

Interview score will be notified 10 days after the interview date.

3.1.3 Final assessment

+ Highschool leaving examination results of Math and English above 6/10 or equivalent for foreign candidates.

+ Priorities are given to IELTS cert. holder of 6.0 score and above or equivalent in TOEFL.

+ Direct admission for candidates that have SAT score above 1200/1600,  A-level holder with average C for all subjects.

IV. TUITION FEES, MISC. FEES AND SCHOLARSHIPS

4.1.   Full program fees (USD):

  • $15000/ 2 years in Vietnam for Vietnamese students; $20000/2 years in Vietnam for foreign students
  • Last 2 years tuition fees will be according to each partner University tuition fee (U.Queensland, U.Hanyang, SUNY Albany)

4.2. Miscellaneous fees

– 1500 USD for year 1 in Vietnam, for candidates with interview score of 70/100 and above.
